Shot in the Philippines over one year, ANINAGIN is a trippy immersion in the world of insects, which I have put hundreds of hours of work into over the past years. In this non-narrative film halfway between a documentary and science-fiction, the pictures and sound are there to stimulate the viewers’ imagination, while allowing complete freedom to give them any meaning they like.
